Iman stick foundation |
today i ll be doing a review on a foundation i came across and i thought it ll be a nice idea if i did a review and shared some information on it.
Above is the iman stick foundation by the famous iman,we all know this lady and her product line, suitable for black women,trust me on this..........k
Reasons why i love the foundation:
- the stick is very dry
- the packaging is good and easy to use
- it has a powder finish,you don't have to use powder when you are done applying.(optional anyways)
- it stays on all day.
Things i do not like about it;
- Application techniques
- packaging is fragile,can easily break or scatter,if it drops on the floor continually.
OILY SKIN; if you have oily skin,first apply primer before you apply the foundation.you can use your finger tips to blend in or still a wedge sponge.
COMBINATION SKIN; if you have a combination skin,first apply a moisturizer then the foundation.your finger tips can also be used,it allows easy blending.
DRY SKIN; i actually do not recommend this foundation for someone with a dry facial skin,because is very dry, i mean it when i say is very dry.but if you already have it and cant throw it away,use moisturizers that are oily before application.
The foundation gives a medium to full coverage depending on how u apply and blend.if you feel a need to use pressed powder on afterwards,i ll advice you dab in a little with a brush,using an invisible powder ll also be perfect.
